Despite the April 2015 earthquake that shook the heart of the people and brought down some of the Newari and Nepali heritage, the city of Kathmandu recovered in a short time the same pace and vibrancy that had before, with the inhabitants back to the same routines, felling the streets with colors and sounds. The movement of people crossing the Durbar Square returns to the intense and frantic rhythm, while the pigeons kept the natural and gracious flight, indifferent to the collapse of some of the impressive temples of Durbar Square, the heart of the city.
